Bookworm Dilemma

I have been organizing my books on the bookshelf allocated to me in the living room according to my own little arcane system and I've been struck with the overwhelming desire to read all of them. Like, right now. Considering I've got about 175 books that I've not read as of yet (yes, I've counted), that's a rather silly impulse. At the rate I read books, I've got fresh reading material to last me for the next 3 years (and of course there are a lot of books on my husband's shelves that look appealing and books I've borrowed from my friend C.). Dammit, I have a lot of interesting looking books :).

I wish I had the passion for reading that you do! I so admire that quality.

Hell, I wish I had the passion to do anything. LOL! But I have the attention span of a house fly - oh look! A shiny thing.....

I like bibliofil.org because I can click the link of all my unread books, and blam! There they are. Plus, I can track how many books I read in a year, how fast, etc.

Hehe, thanks. Though really books=crack for me, ha. So I'm just feeding the inner junkie!

Cool!

OMIGOD, what a great site! Thanks for sharing it with me. I actually keep a book journal of what I read (since 1999), complete with star rating. And this year I've started to also track how long it takes me to read each book, and number of pages per book.
