Some years back I had an ongoing spate of cramps in my calves. When I went online to get some ideas and found out about the cramp-calcium deficiency connection, I thought about it and realized that I had sucked for quite sometime getting enough calcium. As soon as I upped my intake, they went away. I've gotten calve cramps once in a blue moon since then, and it's always gotten better after more calcium. I had a feeling I'd get this at least once during the pregnancy, as this Kiddo is looting from my body left and right, and I was doing my best to get my calcium without supplements, cause the supplements were making me nauseous and gaggy. Well, that's past now, and I can take my Viactiv again!
