what gets me the most about ups here is that they will leave packages and not even bother to ring the doorbell, even if my car is in the driveway. the guy only rang once to ask why i had 2 boxes from a yarn company that weight 30 lbs. they left my laptop (clearly marked dell or hp i don't recall) by the front door... good think i know what the truck sounds like....
