Glad you're feeling better! When I'm grappling with my own moods, anger is usually a *good* sign: it generally comes after I've spent a while feeling weepy, hopeless, and above all powerless. In those circumstances, anger is my path back into my power -- it propels me into action. (As long as I can keep it from hurting anyone else, at least, which I virtually always can. If I couldn't, that would be a different story.)
