I was amused when Rory was speaking Spanish to her grandparent's maid on Tuesday night. I wonder how many people watched that episode and thought "Hey, she's speaking Spanish, I'm impressed", not knowing it's Alexis Bledel's native tongue (well, to be fair, I only not too long ago myself). Heh.

I can't believe I never watched this show till it was recently on summer hiatus repeats. I <3 Gilmore Girls.

I bought Mederma through ebay (*so* much cheaper than the retail price, yay ebay!) and started using it on my scars from the gallbladder surgery 2 months ago. It's been a week of Mederma usage and the largest scar (a little less than an inch--yay laproscopic surgery) by my sternum is already feeling smoother (this scar has upset me the most of the 4 I have from surgery, it healed all angry looking and slightly nubby). I've also been using it on a scar that dates back to March, from when the dermatologist zapped a keratosis on my chest. That took a long time to heal, and when it finally did, it remained shiny. The shininess has been diminished greatly. I am very pleased, this bodes well. Next: acne scars and pesky stretch marks will eventually be Mederma-ized, if that works I'll be dancing in the streets. Whoo-hoo!
