Clip from last night's "Real Time" with Bill Maher. I <3 Janeane Garofolo. Did I ever mention that I got to speak with her some years back? My younger brother and I were strolling through St. Mark's place and she was sitting on the ground next to a railing by a subway entrance/exit. We didn't want to bother he, but we watched as some chicks who we thought were her friends chatted with her, ran off and then ran back with a copy of one of her movies to autograph. So we said hello, told her we thought she is awesome, and asked for an autograph. Actually, I did all the talking while my brother smiled very foolishly. Holy cow, it was almost 10 years ago!? Anyway, she was really cool.
