The difference between traditional animal sacrifice and modern scapegoating is that presumably none of the ancients actually had anything against the sheep. For them, the solution more unfortunate than anything else. For these guys, the situation is just an excuse to kill more sheep. Or people.
As far as I know, the only reported cases here in CO have been of a baggage handler and someone who recently returned from a cruise off the coast of Mexico. Maybe we should ban airplanes and cruises. The folks sneaking across the border on foot are going slowly enough that by the time they get anywhere, infection would be obvious. It's the quickly-traveling rich people who're the problem, not the slow-footed poor.
