Blatherings of an Extroverted Bookworm

When we met, yolen swore casually a whole lot more than I was used to -- I grew up in a household of "darn it" and the like, and I've never heard my parents say anything worse than "to Hell with ___" and even that would indicate a high level of anger. So, in part because I was afraid that she might accidentally swear casually in front of them when she finally met them, and part as a joke, I started a "swear jar", $0.25 per swear. I used to use the money toward our dates.
