I read about the big shootout that occurred here in Jersey City 2 mornings ago. They had little photos and bios on the 5 police officers who were shot. I recognize 4 of them. It's a bizarre feeling. Am fervently hoping for the recoveries of the worst injured. Officer DiNardo, however...with the severe facial injuries suffered his life will never be the same even if he survives in the days and weeks to come. It's just so awful.
