Nah, Anthony sucks too! I also *heart* that comic strip, and thus am saddened that Lynn Johnston had Elizabeth develop so beautifully as a character only to end up with that sadsack Anthony and his stupid mustache. Cause that's where the parade is heading, dammit!

And Anthony told Elizabeth that he wished that they had never broken up -- *at* his engagement party. Then he kept mooning over Elizabeth at his wedding.

Honestly, what I would love to see is Elizabeth just deciding to stay single for a bit; she's got some growing up to do. But nope! Lynn Johnston is going to marry her off to Anthony Pornstachio! Bleah!!
And Therese told him that he'd raise the kid and she'd return to her career after the baby was born...of course he was sore about that...
Of course when the breakup came it was because Therese was AN EVIL STINKING BITCH who sacrificed babies to Satan and then drank their blood...which every character who crosses or hurts the Perfect Pattersons or one of their chosen like Granthony turns out to be..
My daughter was born right around the time April was born so it's always had a fond place in my heart BUT I REALLY can't stand "Anthony of the Mustache"!
